Shortlist for Tatra banka Foundation Award for Art 2018

Cluster ensemble returns this year to the to the shortlist of artists nominated for the Tatra Bank Award for Art in the category Music. It is a joint nomination that we are pleased to share with choreographer and Cluster’s long-time collaborator Petra Fornayová. Together, we are nominated for intermedia performance Dance with Changing Parts that we created based on music of American composer Philip Glass and performed at the Opera Nova 2018 festival in the Czech National Theatre in June this year.

Cluster ensemble has been nominated for the award once before - in 2016 for our debut album Cluster ensemble plays Philip Glass released on Hevhetia and Orange Mountain Music. See full shortlist (in Slovak).
